We don’t just design and build, we train resort staff to build, manage and maintain their own snowparks to the highest standard. This collaborative approach ensures sustainable long term success, cost efficiency, and consistent quality season after season.
We visit your ski area and tailor a program and timeline to suit your exact needs and wants. Starting from multi days to full seasons, we can build your park program from ground up, or continue to develop whats already there.
Director – Chris Neeve
With over 25 seasons in the global snowsports industry, Chris provides expertise in terrain park design, construction, and operations to Down Under Snowparks. His career has taken him across New Zealand, Canada, Europe, and China leading projects from grassroots park builds to World Cup and FIS slopestyle courses.
Chris has managed and trained terrain park teams at renowned resorts such as The Remarkables, Mt Hutt, Red Mountain, Sunshine Village, Myrkdalen, and Genting Secret Garden. His hands-on experience spans shaping, snowcat operations, feature fabrication, snowmaking, and summer earthworks, giving him a complete understanding of how to design and deliver safe, sustainable, and world class freestyle facilities.
Chris combines technical precision with a creative vision for rider experience. He has designed and built competition venues for Snowsports New Zealand, custom features for international brands, and training environments for high performance athletes. Alongside his operational leadership, Chris is passionate about developing people, creating training programs that lift grooming standards and help resorts build skilled, confident terrain park staff.
Through Down Under Snowparks, Chris focuses on offering resorts tailored solutions in design, build, and training, helping ski areas around the world deliver next level terrain parks that inspire progression and elevate guest experiences.
